Problem: Glue residue or smudges on your disc.
Explanation: You may at times notice a light film on a CD or DVD. Please simply wipe the film off with a soft, damp cloth or a tissue. If the film does not come off with a quick wipe, please call Tdata Customer Service for a replacement disc.
