Support: I am having trouble logging into IA7 – How do I login?

IA7 is a web application which means that we have to use a different kind of server. It is not actually located at Tdata.com

This also means that you may have different login credentials for your account at Tdata.com versus IA7

Option 1: You can go directly to IA7 by using this address (it is suggested that you bookmark this):

Option 2: There are buttons at Tdata.com which will take you directly to the login page for IA7

If you are using a mobile device, you can find the IA7 button in the menu as seen below.

If you are using a desktop computer, the IA7 login button is located across the top of Tdata.com

IMPORTANT: When you are finished using IA7, it is important that you log out instead of just closing your browser.
