Support: Error Message – AVANT Demo expiration screen appears

Problem: Some users may see this screen even though they have paid for their subscription service.

Your subscription is safe. This screen was intended to ask you to activate your software but the wrong
wording was used. We have since corrected the wording on this screen.

Solution: Click on the ‘Register’ button and follow the prompts to activate your AVANT software.

You will need your customer number which is printed on your update envelope or invoices. If you don’t
know your customer number and need assistance, please contact us by phone or email.

Note: You can activate the AVANT software on up to two computers (for example, a desktop and a
laptop) used by one licensed user. The one user license is not intended for sharing between people
